Bryan Maddex, Loan Officer  at Bello Mortgage, will share his knowledge on investor & end users loan products.  Bryan is a UCREIA Vendor, NCREIA Vendor and a RE investor himself.  He “gets us” and understands what we and our end users need and go thru on the financing side.

There are new loan products that you as investors and your buyers need to know.  Bryan will discuss products, Freddie and Fanny loans, Non QM loans, seasoning requirements (some are only 1 day), 2nd home loans, purchase and rehab loans, kid/parent owner occupant loans, STRs,  and much much more.  Bring your questions, too, as Bryan likes to know what you need.
