Amy Skipper, owner of Skipper Homes, along with her husband Wes, in Easley, SC, will share their knowledge of the manufactured home business, the “new and improved” quality construction of homes, financing both to INVESTORS and YOUR END USERS,  set up details, tiny homes, singlewides, doublewides and the brilliant idea of MANUFACTURED HOME DUPLEXES!  She will share detailed info, floorplans, investor deals they have, and take your questions.  

Amy and Wes have many years experience in the manufactured business..  For years, Wes was a manager of Clayton Homes, was very successful in sales and dealing with customers.  They chose to break of on their own and start a “mom and pop” manufactured home dealer lot, and be able to work directly both investors and end users and watch each have success.   You can learn a lot from them. 

This meeting is being held in conjunction with Upstate CREIA out of Greenville, SC and is hosted by them. The registration and log in process is exactly the same as the regular NCREIA Zoom meetings.
