Bio: Her journey in real estate began in 2015.  Since then, she has built a reputation as a skilled negotiator and trusted advisor to her clients.  In 2018, she co-founded a vertically integrated manufacturing and retail company, which led to her acquisition of a $2MM+ industrial building in 2020, utilizing an SBA loan.  This experience has given her a unique perspective on the industry and has honed her ability to identify and seize opportunities for her clients. While expanding her retail locations, she was under contract on a unique property with six (6) multifamily units, which opened her eyes to the incredible investment potential of this asset type.  As a result, she now specializes in the multifamily asset type and is also a consultant for industrial building owners. Her experience working with local municipalities while acquiring tax deed properties has given her great communication skills with city officials, which she utilizes to create value for her clients.  With a strong commitment to client satisfaction and a deep understanding of the real estate market, she looks forward to helping her clients achieve their investment goals.
