PREP (Practical Real Estate Projects) is learning by experiencing.  In PREP Wholesale, the class will find a motivated seller, get a property under contract, and find a buyer.  In between you will learn all of the skills necessary to become an effective, ethical wholesaler.

We will meet on zoom each Friday at 6 pm until a deal has been completed

You have the option to participate fully in the acquisition and sale of the contract ($500); or attend zoom but not help get a property under contract and sell ($600), or to watch video replays only ($700).
