REWIRE – “Real Women In Real Estate” is a collaborative group that has published several books and empowers women throughout the country in real estate to achieve professional excellence, foster inclusivity, and advance leadership through education, networking, and advocacy.

SPEAKERS:

Kendra “Kay” Seck is a Domestic Violence and Plus Size Activist, Real Estate Investor, Syndicator: GP/LP, AIRBNB Luxury Ambassador/Superhost and 3X Best-selling author and Inspirational speaker. Kendra was born and raised in Metro Charlotte, North Carolina, currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia. She has a Master’s Degree in Psychology (CMH). Outside of working, Kendra enjoys spending time with family, traveling internationally, dancing, singing, cooking and decorating

Shirley Baez is an unstoppable force, guiding and empowering countless individuals on their journey to discover their true potential. Shirley's wisdom is informed by her remarkable 20-year career as a retired Army Special Operations Veteran, marked by numerous military achievement and recognition awards, exemplifying her dedication to excellence.

Beyond her military accomplishments, Shirley's passion shines through her coaching, where she equips individuals with the essential tools to navigate life's challenges and succeed both personally and professionally. Rita De Palma is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, she has a master’s degree in nursing, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. She was born, and raised in Suburban New York, has lived in Connecticut, the state of Washington, currently residing in SW Florida.

She holds 10 state licenses and currently practices Primary Care telemedicine, working from home. Her nursing specialties include ER, ICU, wound care, endoscopy, home health and hospice. She volunteered as an EMT. Rita has worked as a real estate agent in Connecticut and Florida. Previously, she was an analytical chemist for a research facility in Connecticut. She has prior experience as a server, bartender, and retail sales. She is proud mother of two beautiful, grown children, a daughter who works in banking, and a son that is in the Navy. Her precious, 90-year-old mother is still alive, and lives with her. Rita cares for her at home, in between her activities as a nurse practitioner and real estate investor.

She is a passive investor in 388+ doors, and currently on a team where she will participate as JV or co- GP in pending acquisition.  She is active with her mentoring groups; a syndication club with the Real Estate Radio Guys, a personal mentoring group with Brad Sumrok’s community, and the “SubTo” community with Pace Morby. She has successfully completed/ facilitated real estate transactions since 2000, including single-family, non-commercial multifamily, short /mid-term rental, and wholesale. She donates to various charities and sponsors two children in Africa and South America.

She enjoys; science, activities in nature, hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, anywhere in the mountains, travel, spending time with family, friends, country line dance and salsa dance, target shooting, meeting new people from all walks of life and cultures and learning from the Bible.

The registration deadline of 03/25/24 at 5:00 pm is non-negotiable. It is essential to note that our venues require an exact headcount prior to the event, and unfortunately, no changes can be made thereafter. All of our venues are good partners and while they have been flexible in the past, they can no longer accommodate fluctuations in the headcount. They need to be able to adequately plan for our events. Therefore, late registrations or walk-ins will not be accepted. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and urge you to register before the deadline.
