Dan DeLeo is the owner of Dan Buys Houses. He has done over 300 flip and wholesale deals and also owns a rental portfolio of 41 single family houses, plus an AirBnb in the NC Mountains. Dan also started and owns a junk removal and cleaning company, Dan was named a recipient of the prestigious Triangle Business Journal 40 Under 40 award in 2016, was named a “Millennial on the Move” by Midtown Magazine in 2018 and has been featured on the national Podcast “Wholesaling Inc.” Dan loves investing, building businesses and volunteering in the community; his passion has been in working with SAFEchild, a Wake County nonprofit focused on eliminating child abuse and neglect where he served as board President. Dan and his wife Sara have three amazing children that keep them busy and keep things fun.

It is essential to note that our venues require an exact headcount prior to the event, and unfortunately, no changes can be made thereafter. All of our venues are good partners and while they have been flexible in the past, they can no longer accommodate fluctuations in the headcount. They need to be able to adequately plan for our events. Therefore, late registrations or walk-ins will not be accepted.
