Cassondra Liles has been a licensed NC Realtor for 21 years and has sold over 2000 homes. Over the last few years, she started heavily investing in real estate and has eight short-term rental doors, two long-term rentals, and two commercial properties. She is the majority owner of Keller Williams Realty Garner and New Castle Lending Partners mortgage group. She is writing a book titled Real Life Monopoly, which details how to get started in short-term Term Rentals and avoid some of her mistakes.
