Bio: Agins started his REI business in 2019 after exiting corporate real estate.  Today his business consists of a few different companies, including Mike Buys Houses NC & MBH Lending, where he focuses on wholesale, flipping, rentals, creative finance, and private lending to other investors.  Agins is also a licensed RE Broker & GC.
